VS Creative

Every year VS Creative produce a Summer Party Fun Day for a major client. Showpax provide transport for 2000 delegates from both Head Office and local train stations.

These events are held at stately homes and provide the challenge of turning green field sites into workable parkable and shuttle areas. Around 500 cars park at the event and Showpax`s Traffic Mangement arm undertake all parking arrangements. Coach transfers continue non stop during the event ensuring that all delegates have transport when required. Over sixty coaches are utilised during the day each doing multiple transfers. Showpax provide all ancillary features such as signage, marshals, and staff catering. In all Showpax have around 30 staff on site at each event.
